**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and coordinate assembly line team members to ensure daily production targets are met.
+ Organize and assign tasks to team members to maintain an efficient workflow across the assembly line.
+ Monitor production processes to ensure all products meet established quality standards.
+ Conduct regular inspections of assembled products and processes to identify defects or non-conformances.
