This lead will be the involved in making sure assembly is running well. They also will perform all duties necessary to the efficient operation of all equipment in the plant, and they will operate and maintain plant equipment in accordance with standard work and building procedures.
+ Assign, monitor, delegate assignments and react to activities throughout the value stream supporting job rotations
+ Must assure that Team Improvement boards, Day by Hour boards, etc. are completely filled out on an hourly/daily basis
