**Job Description**

This role focuses on assembling specialized dispensing equipment used to spray and distribute liquid adhesives across a wide range of applications, including automotive, food and beverage, consumer products, and industrial equipment. The Assembly Associate supports material picking and assembly operations in a clean, well-organized facility, ensuring that equipment is built accurately, safely, and in accordance with engineering specifications and production procedures.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble dispensing equipment and subassemblies according to blueprints, electrical diagrams, and work instructions.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and electrical diagrams to ensure accurate assembly and component placement.
+ Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on equipment used in the assembly process.
