**Job Description:**
Kelly is seeking a proactive and dependable Assembly Worker to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or production environments and will play a key part in ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**


+ Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as needed.
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
+ Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
+ Build and assemble displays for retail stores according to specifications.
+ Operate hand and power tools as necessary, including minimal and infrequent use of a panel saw.
+ Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and standards.
