**Shift Options:**
**1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $16.00/hour
**2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM | $16.50/hour

**Job Summary:**
We are currently hiring Assembly Associates for a hands-on manufacturing position located off Woodpark Blvd in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for assembling products and components accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for dependable candidates who have recent assembly or pick/packer experience and are looking for long-term potential.
