**Job Description**

This role focuses on hands-on work with drivetrain components, performing precise assembly and disassembly tasks in a clean and well-organized shop environment. You will use blueprints, gauges, and precision measuring tools to ensure all work meets strict quality standards while supporting continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives on the 2nd shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform basic assembly and disassembly operations on drivetrain parts and related components.
+ Use blueprints, gauges, torque measuring devices, and other equipment to ensure all work meets quality specifications.
+ Use precision measuring devices to accurately assemble and disassemble final products.
+ Interpret blueprints effectively to guide assembly, disassembly, and inspection tasks.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on tools, equipment, and work areas as required.
