**Job Title: Mold Assembler (Crimper) – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift**
**Job Description**
This role plays a critical part in assembling high-performance polymer insulators by attaching metal end fittings to polymer cores and ensuring each unit meets strict mechanical and electrical performance standards. You will work hands-on with hydraulic and pneumatic crimping tools, follow detailed work instructions, and adhere to precise pressure and dimensional specifications to produce reliable components for electrical transmission and distribution systems.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble polymer insulator components according to detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and established quality standards.
+ Operate hydraulic and pneumatic crimping equipment to attach metal end fittings to polymer rods and cores.
