**Position:** Assembler – Kit Pack
**Pay Rate:** $20.61/hr
**Schedule:** 3rd Shift, 10:00PM–6:30AM
**Position Overview**
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assemblers for our Kit Pack operation on the 3rd shift. You’ll play a vital role in meeting production targets and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**


+ Operate machinery and assemble products according to detailed specifications and work instructions.
+ Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the assembly process to ensure all products meet company standards.
+ Achieve and sustain efficient production targets while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
+ Operate tools and machinery with strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
+ Proactively report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns to supervisors for timely resolution.
