**Production Worker**

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble, package, and label products according to specifications and assembly instructions.
+ Operate hand and power tools such as impact wrenches, drills, mallets, screwdrivers, pneumatic rivet guns, and other required equipment.
+ Maintain a continuous and acceptable level of productivity under supervision while meeting production targets.
+ Produce quality finished goods with acceptable workmanship and minimal quality issues.
+ Maintain assembly jigs, hand tools, and equipment in good working order and report any issues promptly.
+ Apply basic product knowledge, including understanding which types of wheels, bearings, nuts, bolts, and other components belong on specific products and model numbers.
+ Keep the work area clean and organized by returning tools and hardware to proper locations, sweeping floors, removing debris, and disposing of trash in appropriate receptacles.
