**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
As an assembler, you will work independently or as part of a production team to perform component assembly, sub-assembly, final assembly, calibration, inspection, repair, and packaging of products. This role requires understanding component parts identification, process improvement, and inventory awareness, while effectively utilizing small batch manufacturing techniques to reduce assembly lead times.

**Responsibilities**

+ Build sub-assemblies, final assemblies, and calibrate products.
+ Perform required test procedures and induction soldering.
+ Label and package controls for shipment.
+ Mix and apply epoxy as needed.
+ Implement new assembly aids and fixture procedures.
+ Eliminate non-value added activities and practice company-wide reliable methods.
+ Initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.
