**Job Description**
We are seeking a meticulous individual to perform hands-on assembly of electrical control panels, wiring harnesses, and related components for industrial automation systems. The role requires a dependable person with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble electrical control panels and wiring harnesses.
+ Build and route wiring harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping, labeling, and terminating cables.
+ Connect drivers and electrical components without programming.
+ Perform wiring inside control panels, junction boxes, and Dixel panels.
+ Follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
+ Install and secure mechanical components such as coil pumps, heat trace elements, and enclosures.
+ Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
+ Assist in layout, mounting, and assembly of panel frames, hardware, and electrical devices.
