**Job Title: Assembly Line Worker**
**Job Description**
Join our team as an Assembly Line Worker where you will play a vital role in the assembly of engines and transmissions. You will work in a dynamic environment that offers competitive pay and opportunities for cross-training and growth.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work in the Engine and Transmission departments, focusing on assembly tasks.
+ Perform sub-assembly work with smaller parts in the Transmission department.
+ Conduct engine-side assembly with larger parts in the Engine department.
+ Participate in a four-step training process with team leads and supervisors.
+ Report to the team lead and respective manager for guidance.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in assembly, production, and general labor.
+ Proficiency with hand tools, mechanical assembly, and blueprint reading.
+ Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
