**1st and 2nd Shift | $21–$24/hour**

**What You’ll Do**

As an Assembler, you’ll play a critical role in producing precision fiber assemblies. Your work will require focus, accuracy, and steady hands.

+ Measure, cut, and position fiber cables into clips
+ Follow blueprints and detailed instructions to assemble components
+ Carefully thread color-coded wires into connectors in the correct sequence
+ Apply epoxy coatings to protect and strengthen connections
+ Use microscopes and small hand tools for precision work
+ Perform polishing, curing, and final connection testing

**What You Bring**

We’re looking for candidates who take pride in their work and thrive in a detail-focused environment.

+ 6 months to 1+ year of manufacturing, small parts, or medical assembly experience
