**What You’ll Do:**

+ Build window parts using hand and power tools
+ Install weather stripping and make sure windows are sealed correctly
+ Use tools like tape measures, nail guns, and basic hand tools
+ Work on a production line or independently building window frames
+ Help with packing, organizing, and general production tasks

**What You Need:**

+ At least 6 months of experience in assembly, construction, or general labor
+ Experience using hand tools (power tools for some roles)
+ Ability to read a tape measure (especially for frame-building work)
+ Comfortable standing for long shifts (10 hours)
+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety rules

**Work Conditions:**

+ Manufacturing setting (can get warm in summer)
+ Standing most of the day doing repetitive work
+ Mix of team-based and independent work
