The assemblers will be using a variety of hand and power tools, following detailed instructions to assemble the copper bus and other conductive material into electrical enclosures, and maintaining documentation throughout the production process. Prior assembly experience in a prodcution/ manufacturing environment or knowledge gained in a trade school would be a good fit for the position.
