Adecco is currently hiring Assemblers in El Cajon, CA!

Responsibilities:

• Perform wire preparation tasks including cutting, stripping, and coiling with precision

• Work with small components using tools such as tweezers and microscopes

• Follow detailed instructions and quality standards to ensure high-quality assembly

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in assembly or a manufacturing environment

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Ability to work with small parts and delicate components

• Minimum of 6 months of soldering experience preferred

• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately
