**Assembler / Production Associate – $22+/hr + Growth**

We’re hiring **Assemblers / Production Associates** to support manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with assembly, production, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on work using tools.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Assemble windows and doors from start to finish
+ Read and follow production lists and work instructions
+ Use hand and power tools (drills, nail guns, saws, etc.)
+ Inspect materials and finished products for quality
+ Identify materials and report shortages or issues
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Required Experience**

+ Assembly, production, or general labor experience
+ Ability to read a tape measure
+ Experience using hand and power tools
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
