Job Description

Role Summary 
Join our new KSA manufacturing start-up dedicated to producing high-efficiency energy recovery devices (ERDs) using advanced ceramic components. As a Precision Assembler, you will be responsible for the meticulous assembly and lapping of ceramic parts to achieve demanding performance standards. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure first-pass yield, on-time delivery, and zero defects in a dynamic start-up environment. Strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and company HSE policies is expected.
Your Role
Assembly & Lapping
Assemble ceramic components for ERDs following detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
Perform precision lapping operations to achieve required fit, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy for optimal energy recovery performance.
