**Job Description**
The Build / Assembly Technician Lead oversees assembly team processes while assembling, programming, and testing products according to defined specifications to ensure quality, traceability, and reliable functional performance. This role focuses on hands-on electronics assembly, firmware and software updates, and device configuration in a fast-paced production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and support the assembly team to ensure consistent adherence to processes, quality standards, and production goals.
+ Assemble products and sub-assemblies by following standard operating procedures (SOPs), bills of materials (BOMs), and detailed work instructions.
+ Use hand tools, torque tools, and basic test equipment safely and correctly during assembly and testing activities.
