**Responsibilities :**

+ Operate tools, equipment, and processes following established instructions and procedures
+ Work independently with minimal supervision and assist in developing instructions when needed
+ Follow standard work practices, quality policies, and customer specifications
+ Monitor work to ensure quality standards are consistently met
+ Accurately maintain records including timekeeping, labor tracking, inventory, scrap, and quality documentation
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and escalate issues when necessary
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, cleanliness, and product quality
+ Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and resolve operational challenges
+ Complete required training and maintain certifications for the role
+ Train other team members on tasks and processes as assigned
