**Job Description**
The Assembler sets up and operates tools, equipment, and production processes to build high-quality products while following established work instructions, customer specifications, and quality standards. This role combines hands-on assembly work with accurate documentation, active participation in continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with team members to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate tools, equipment, and assembly processes in accordance with provided work instructions and established procedures.
+ Use prior experience to perform assembly tasks with limited or no instructions when needed, and assist in creating new work instructions when none are available.
+ Follow standard work practices, quality policies, and customer specifications to ensure products meet all quality requirements.
