We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools, along with a background in manufacturing or production. This role involves assembly, inspection, and use of various tools in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble sub-components of motors
+ Pack parts for shipping
+ Pick items for production
+ Complete quality checks
+ Clean and prepare metal parts to eliminate oil used to prevent rust during shipping
+ Read and follow detailed instructions

**Essential Skills**

+ Previous production experience within manufacturing
+ Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
+ Ability to read a computer screen
