**Position Summary**

Join a reputable millwork shop in Benicia as a **Wood Assembly / Machine Operator** . In this role, you will assist in the assembly, preparation, and shipping of high-end wood fixtures. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience who are looking to grow into a long-term career within a stable and growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate machinery such as chop saws and perform precision wood cutting
+ Assemble wood components using hand tools and measurement instruments
+ Perform finish preparation tasks including edgebanding and doweling
+ Accurately measure materials to **1/16 of an inch**
+ Assist with packaging and shipping of finished products
+ Use basic computer software for printing labels and managing shipping logistics
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
