You work from blueprints and written instructions to build high-quality trailers with zero defects, while performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. You begin by rebuilding trailers identified with quality issues and then transition into full assembly responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and rebuild trailers using hand and power tools according to blueprints and written instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions to ensure accurate assembly with no quality errors.
• Rebuild trailers that have been identified as having quality issues before they leave the yard.
