**Job Description**
As an Assembler, you will manufacture, deliver, and assemble all necessary parts to build complete window units. You will accurately fit parts together to create sashes and frames, install hardware, and inspect each window during assembly to identify and remove defective components before packaging. You will also be cross-trained in additional shop roles, so a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manufacture all required parts used to build complete window units.
+ Assemble window components, including sashes and frames, ensuring correct fit and alignment.
+ Install hardware in the proper position and securely attach it to window parts.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and tape measures to complete assembly tasks accurately.
