**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Prepare the workspace by gathering all necessary parts and materials to initiate or complete the customer order. This includes having all tools and the correct version of the test software available, and ready for use.
+ Utilize Windchill (PLM) system for job-related engineering drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
+ Perform manual assembly of narrow-band radio products according to the customer work order and work instructions (WPIs).
+ Assemble radios with careful attention to detail, utilizing strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small parts, wires, and intricate components.
+ Review and adhere to the Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering drawings, to ensure accuracy.
