ASSEMBLER- 1ST/2nd Shift

**Job Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift** **Job Description**
This position is responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices, primarily within a clean room environment. The role involves the formulation of polymers and spray coating formulations, production of medical devices using microscopes, and operation of various equipment and machinery.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate machinery to produce medical devices that meet specifications.
+ Follow manufacturing instructions and update relevant job documentation accurately for traceability.
+ Prepare products for packing and sterilization.
+ Inspect products using a microscope.
+ Ensure compliance with GMPs and set up coating machines.
+ Coat, inspect, and fold balloon catheters.
+ Prepare excipient and spray coating formulations, and test them.
+ Package sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods.
+ Identify supplies that need replenishment.
