**Job Description**
This full-time manufacturing role is based in Tennessee and focuses on assembling components and finished products in a clean, partially climate-controlled machine shop. As an Assembly Associate, you will assemble parts, inspect components, and ensure that all finished products meet established quality and safety standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to safety and reliability.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final products by following established blueprints, technical drawings, and written work instructions.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
