This role offers substantial autonomy, client-facing leadership, and a clear track to firm equity participation.

As a Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney, you?ll drive our litigation matters from intake through appeal, build relationships, and help grow the firm’s footprint in the real estate sector.

What You’ll Do as the Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney

• Lead all phases of real estate litigation: case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, settlement negotiation, and appeals
