ASPICE Engineer

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and support ASPICE process implementation and compliance across software development lifecycle
+ Develop, review, and maintain ASPICE work products
+ Perform software integration, unit testing, and code development
+ Ensure alignment with ASPICE process areas (SYS, SWE, SUP, VAL) and achieve target maturity levels
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Systems, Algo, QA, Validation) to ensure process adherence and traceability
+ Conduct internal assessments, gap analyses, and support external ASPICE audits.
+ Guide the broader team and ensure process compliance.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field).

+ Strong understanding of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) framework and process areas.
