The incumbent will work daily with Operations Managers, Project Managers and Superintendents to maximize scheduling and efficiency of all the paving, adjustment and grinding crews. They will be responsible to develop and improve existing processes such as scheduling and dispatching to ensure optimum crew utilization while maintaining a high level of quality control.Job Location: Kingston region & Eastern Ontario
