Job Summary

CRSC LTD is seeking hardworking and reliable Asphalt General Operatives to join our road

surfacing team. Roles include Paver Operator, Roller Operator, Screw men and Skid steer

operator. The successful candidates will assist with the laying of asphalt/tarmac using paving

machinery and hand tools, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high

standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and laying of asphalt/tarmac on roads, car parks, footpaths,

and other surfacing projects.

• Work alongside paving machine operators and roller drivers during surfacing

operations.

• Rake, level, and compact asphalt as required.
