About the Role
The Payroll Tax Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of our growing payroll tax department.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Support the Payroll Tax department.
- Assist during daily tax processing and quarter-end processing as needed.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Prioritize and resolve assigned tasks in the case management system (Pulse).
Skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Adapt at managing time with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize assigned tasks.
- Motivated with great time management skills.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 6 months of experience in a related industry or field.
