At Adage, we are looking for an Accounting Clerk to support the financial integrity and day-to-day accounting operations of the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth business operations through strong attention to detail, organization, and strict adherence to established accounting procedures.
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, in compliance with legal, tax, and accounting regulations. This position has primary responsibilities across accounts payable and accounts receivable, expense management, record keeping, and basic financial reporting. Additionally, the Accounting Clerk provides general administrative and operational support to the finance team.
