Job Description
- Review and oversee balance sheet reconciliations: Cash, AR, AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Accruals, Intercompany
- Analyze financial variances and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor cash flow and treasury operations
- Payment terms, collections performance, optimization opportunities
- Ensure internal control compliance
- Support cross-functional projects
- 4-5 years of experience (minimum) in similar roles
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Shared services experience. Experience in global companies, services, or FMCG
- Knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on profile
- $70,000-85,000 MXN Gross Monthly + Benefits of Law
- Hybrid: 2 days in office (Polanco)
