• Advising Salcobrand customers on vitamins and supplements based on their needs and purchase history.
• Responding to product inquiries and clarifying doubts regarding the Vitamin and Supplement category.
• Providing information to Salcobrand sellers to improve the customer shopping experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service and support.
• Available to work in rotating schedule (5x2 and 6x1).
• Academic background in Health or Nutrition related fields.
