The Analysis & Solutions Engineering group is a global team dedicated to failure analysis and the development of innovative solutions to enhance HDD performance.

About the role - you will:

• Gain expertise in performing Drive Electrical and Mechanical Failure Analysis (FA) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of failures.
• Design and implement engineering solutions using established techniques, practices, and procedures.
• Develop HDD Failure Analysis platforms and data analysis tools using C/Python.
• Engage in web project development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Partner with the Global IT team to continuously improve the FA platform.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
