We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Operations Analyst/Software Tester to support multiple software projects. This individual will be responsible for requirements analysis, end-user validation, documentation review, and comprehensive test planning and execution. The role serves as a vital quality assurance advocate and liaison between users, development teams, and project stakeholders, ensuring reliable, technically sound, and user-aligned software deliveries.
