ASC Learning Support Assistant

About the role as a ASC LSA:

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Learning Support Assistants to join our ASC Centre team at Oxford college.

The successful applicants will be supporting students with Autism and other associated difficulties on courses which are designed for those with Autism and associated difficulties or supporting students to access their course. These courses are from Foundation Level 1 courses to Level 3 courses. There will be an expectation to support in all areas.

You will be responsible for facilitating individual learning programmes, providing support to our learners in small groups and 1-1 activities when attending the ASC Centres.

You will be required to facilitate the students learning using provided resources and lesson plan in a creative and purposeful way making adaptions for learners to access their lessons to support their progression. This will be in collaboration with the ASC Group Teachers to meet the need...
