Job Description
Marble Talent are recruiting for multiple Asbestos Surveyors and Dual Skilled Surveyor/Analysts across the North West on behalf of a leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy.
We are looking for both qualified Surveyors and Dual Skilled professionals to support a busy workload across predominantly domestic projects, with some commercial surveying work included.
The Role
* Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
* Carry out air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical duties (for dual-skilled candidates)
* Survey a mixture of domestic and commercial properties
* Produce detailed reports and site documentation using digital reporting systems
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with HSG264, HSG248 and UKAS requirements
* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* BOHS P402 qualification
* Minimum 1 year's asbestos surveying experience
