What you’ll be doing

As an asbestos surveyor, you’ll be working across Somerset and Wiltshire carrying out asbestos management surveys, re-inspection surveys and refurbishment & demolition surveys on our general needs stock. You’ll ensure surveys are accurately recorded using a handheld device, produce reports and share data with colleagues across the business.

You’ll identify repairs required and fully detail any remedial works, liaising with internal planned and reactive delivery teams as well as our asbestos removal company.

About you

You’ll already be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveys in domestic dwellings and you’ll have a P402 qualification with a minimum of 6 months lead surveyor experience. Housing asso...
