The ideal candidate is a creative and technically proficient professional with deep expertise in viennoiserie, artisan bread, and fine pastry production.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce a wide range of high-quality artisan baked goods including croissants, pain au chocolat, sourdough, brioche, and laminated doughs
• Develop and execute seasonal pastry and viennoiserie menus with creativity and precision
• Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation standards across all products
• Manage daily production schedules, ingredient inventory, and bakery operations
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff and commis chefs
