Job Overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent agents supporting a high-volume enterprise platform operating across approximately 9,000 locations and handling millions of daily interactions. This role focuses on developing and optimizing LLM-powered agents that drive real-world workflows, including scheduling and location-based service.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build scalable workflows that support high-throughput, real-time user interactions.
• Integrate agents with internal and external APIs (e.g., location services, scheduling systems).
• Collaborate within a highly interactive team environment, including daily stand-ups (9-11 AM EST) focused on issue resolution and progress tracking.
