ARRT Mammography Technologist - Breast Imaging Specialist

Summary: The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing all breast imaging procedures in compliance with the American College of Radiology (ACR), FDA, and Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) regulations. This role requires timely and accurate documentation of all procedures.
Education & Certification: Candidates must hold ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography or be ARRT Radiography certified with eligibility for Mammography registry. MQSA initial requirements must be met with valid documentation. Registry-eligible individuals are required to pass the ARRT Mammography registry within one year of employment to maintain their position. Current AHA CPR certification is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of two years' experience as a Mammography Technologist in both screening and diagnostic settings is preferred.
