Salary: £30,830.00 Annually

Hours: 2 sessions per week

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality clinical care to patients registered at the GP surgery and support the delivery of the surgery’s operational plan.
• Maintain practice standards by participating in clinical governance activities and contributing to the improvement of health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework.
• Provide clinical care as described in the job plan, including in‑person and video consultations, telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews, prescription signing, and other clinical administration.
• Act as safeguarding lead, manage medicals, reports, home visits, surgery meetings and on‑call duties (excluding out of hours).
