The Arrivals & Departures Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering all Arrivals & Departures operations during the tournament, ensuring seamless, safe, and efficient transportation services for all FIFA client groups and spectators. The role reports to the Senior Transport Manager and oversees key arrivals and departures sub‑projects, including international and inter‑city planning and operations, and aviation venue management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement a suitable A&D service model covering all tournament airports and all FIFA Constituent Groups, ensuring alignment with FIFA requirements and agreed service levels.
