Arrival Concierge (Cancún)

Overview
The arrival ambassador (AA) greets all arriving resort guests prior to registration, establishing contact and initiating the relationship with the Concierge/VSC.
The AA serves as a first line of guest engagement, increases guest penetration, and enhances overall guest experience.
At times, the AA functions as a Lead Generation Agent to attract guests to interact with Vacation Services Coordinators.
Responsibilities
Greets all arriving guests and directs them to the reception area.
Provides an amenity such as a moist/cool towel or welcome drink.
Escorts guests from reception, introduces them to Concierge/VSC staff, and assists with check‐in.
Delivers guests to bell staff or escorts them to their rooms.
Carries out all reasonable requests to achieve the highest levels of guest penetration.
Acts as a lead generation agent, attracting clients to the concierge desk and staff.
