Job Description

Shields Point, LLC has dynamic opportunities for Full-Time Armed Security Supervisors in support of the Department of Transportation Armed Security Contract located in Washington, D.C. These roles require leaders with demonstrated law enforcement or security experience in managing an Armed Security Force and are adept at interacting with government personnel and ensuring compliance with the contract statement of work.
Perform all duties as specified in accordance with the contract and Post Orders for the security posts assigned at DOT HQ and Federal Buildings.
Ensure Armed Guards are properly uniformed and present a neat and professional appearance, as referenced in the Security Manual and Resource Tool (SMART BOOK).
Ensure personnel are thoroughly knowledgeable about their duties and demonstrate the ability to act effectively during emergencies or other unusual situations.
