Area Supervisor - Local Shops

• Oversee performance and operations for Multiple branches with a district. 
• Ensuring seamless fulfillment processes across different locations which include different retailers. 
• Work closely with the store supervisor to evaluate, develop and ensure that all fulfillment processes (within the store) and workflow is being followed.
• Supervise the shopper process of daily orders. 
• Supervise the full process of picking of orders, to segregation & packing
• monitoring work schedules for the shoppers ● Supervises the team in processing orders and resolving customer complaints (regarding wrong picking)
