Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement annual and quarterly strategic sales plans tailored for the North zone, in alignment with Alankaram’s objectives.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a zonal sales team comprising Area or Regional Managers. Set targets, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance rigorously. Analyze metrics, identify growth opportunities, and course-correct to ensure targets are met.
